Digital Products — No Refund Policy

Because all of our products are digital downloads (PDF crochet patterns), they are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

We encourage you to read the full product description, skill level, and materials list before purchasing to ensure the pattern is right for you.

Exceptions

We will gladly offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You were charged more than once for the same order
• The wrong file was delivered

In any of these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

How to Request Support

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us through our store's contact page or reply to your order confirmation email. We will respond within 24–48 hours and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
